This weather is absolutely ideal for Muskie fishing. The water temps have not taken a significant nose dive yet. There seems to be a perfect time where the water is cool enough to force the fall feed, but not so cold that it slows metabolism. The fish are in that happy zone right now. They are aggressive and should continue to be for the foreseeable future. November should be a great month to chase the green monster. That said, get out there if you can as the season from Highway 10 and north closes on the 30th. If you’d…Details

Stop by the shop with any questions and make sure to get out and do some fishing this fall. It is truly the most beautiful time of the year to be on the water. October fishing report Well, it’s the first week of October and most…Details

Opening weekend of trout fishing has finally arrived. Below zero temps marked this years opening day but the mercury is on the rise. We traveled to the spring creeks to take a look and the rivers are in fantastic shape. With the flooding late last fall many rivers have clear gravel beds, trees and debris have been moved aside and water levers are perfect. Make sure to take advantage of the upcoming warmer days to get out and fish.
The Patagonia River Ranch offers each guest something special. A warm welcome on arrival finds you soon settled into your room, luggage stowed and a gourmet meal, before you embark on your first adventure. You have many options before you…what will you decide to do? Fishing is the draw and the fishing is fantastic! With six different rivers in close proximity to the Lodge, each stretch you fish, offers endless angling opportunities. The guide service operation is a well oiled machine – truly impressive to behold. You’ll find that the scenery is reminiscent of our American West, without road…Details
