Pre-Film Tour Open House!

We are very excited to have the Fly Fishing Film Tour on a Saturday this year! This gives us the perfect opportunity to have a pre-film celebration at the shop including special pricing, burgers and our friend and manufacturer rep. Dave Gellatly. Dave is or rep for Sage and Redington fly rods, Rio fly lines and Fishpond packs and luggage. Dave will be bringing all of the new Sage rods to test cast at the event and will be able to answer all of our technical questions.

We are excited to have Dave at this years open house.  Dave is our factory rep for SAGE, RIO, Redington and Fishpond and an absolute wealth of knowledge.  Dave will be answering any technical questions and will have a large selection of Sage Rods and Rio lines to test cast.

This man needs very little introduction.  Those of you that fish the Bois Brule may already know of his legendary status.  Damian has guided the river of presidents for countless years and is unquestionably the most knowledgeable on the rivers history and fishery than any other person alive.  Damian still does it the old way, 100 year old lanterns and canoes carrying on the tradition of guides past.

Luke is a Lake Superior fishing guide specializing in Light Tackle Angling and Fly Fishing. Whether it’s stalking early season Chequamegon Bay Smallmouth Bass in shallow water,  or casting along a scenic shoreline for big Brown Trout, or waiting for the tug of your next Brule River Steelhead, Captain Luke is your guy.  We can say enough about this fella.  We are so excited to have him at the open house.

Stu is a full time guide for our good friends at Hayward Fly Fishing Co. in the heart of the musky world.  Stu guides for smallmouth and musky on some of the finest rivers in the country.   He has been a long time Tight Lines friend and it is our great privilege to have this knowledgeable river guide with us for the open house.

Every year when the Fly Fishing Film Tour Crew rolls into town they make a special stop at Tight Lines before the show.  Meet some of the folks that make the whole thing work.  I am proud to call these guys my friends.  We look forward to seeing you!
