For Immediate Release – Sawyer Paddles and Oars launches a new Artisan Series SquareTop Oar
Talent, OR – Sawyer Paddles and Oars is excited to announce the launch of the Artisan Series Smallmouth Bass
Oar, our very popular SquareTop Oar with a Carbon Fiber X- Weave fiberglass shaft reinforcement. This lends
strength and a bit of stiffness, while still allowing a forgiving flex that is easy on your joints. Features a custom
Smallmouth Bass art wrap designed by Matt Stockton for a rugged and functional piece of art. The official
launch date is March 13, 2020 at the Midwest Fly Fishing Show and March 20, 2020 at the Great Waters Fly
Expo. Proceeds from sales will support Smallmouth Alliance groups across the United States.
“We’re very excited about partnering with Sawyer Paddles & Oars. Funding for our projects is so important,
and an opportunity like this doesn’t come around very often.” – Mike Simon, Founding Member of the
Wisconsin Smallmouth Alliance
